Initial Remote Testing & Consultation on Zoom :
£400 (1.5hrs online consultation + 1.5h remote testing)

- Remote Biofeedback testing (Kinesiology, ART, O-ring)
- Online video/skype consultation + treatment
- Written-up test results and treatment plan
- Follow up emails
Follow-up Remote Testing & Consulation on Zoom :
£300 (1h remote testing + 1h online follow up)

Terms and Conditions
Between Deep Blue Sea Holistic and the client or carer
Deep Blue Sea Holistic requests that the client agree with the following:
- I, the client, take full responsibility for my own/child health and well-being, and accept the outcomes of any advice or treatment I receive in my session.
- I, the client, accept my treatment sessions as being complementary to, and not an alternative to, qualified medical doctor’s treatments.
- Biofeedback testing and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) testing are not permitted to diagnose, or to treat, medical conditions.
- Deep Blue Sea Holistic may recommend food supplements and/or holistic remedies. The cost of the supplements and the remedies is not included in your consultation fee and will be charged separately, directly by Deep Blue See Holistic and/or by the provider.
- I, the client, give permission for Deep Blue Sea Holistici to contact my GP should there be any extra information Deep Blue Holistic need to gather from my GP.
- If I, the client, am receiving treatment from my GP or any other medical provider, I should tell him/her about any treatment recommended by Deep Blue Sea Holistic. This is necessary because of any possible reaction between medication and the nutritional programme.
- It is important that I, the client, tell Deep Blue Sea Holistic about any medical diagnosis, medication, herbal medicine, or food supplements, I am taking as this may affect the holistic protocol that Deep Blue Sea Holistic recommends.
- Deep Blue Sea Holistic holds right to terminate therapy if I, the client, fails to disclose my medical and medication records in the intake form.
- If I, the client, am unclear about the agreed treatment plan, I should contact Deep Blue Sea Holistic for clarification.
- Recording consultations using any form of electronic media device (e.g. smart phone, GoPro) is not allowed without the written permission of both myself and Deep Blue Sea Holistic.
- Deep Blue Sea Holistic holds the right to terminate the therapy if any challenging attitude and/or behaviours arise from the client during and in between sessions.
- Deep Blue Sea Holistic does not take on clients who have been prescribed and taking anti-psychopatic/anti-depressant drug(s) and has no permission to stop the drug by the doctor.
- Deep Blue Sea Holistic does not take on clients with: active cancer, AIDS, Kidney failure requiring dialysis, any conditions in need of urgent surgery or urgent medical intervention, also doesn't take on clients who are on mulple prescibed medications.
- The intake form provided by Deep Blue Sea Holistic must be completed and submitted at least one week prior to the initial appointment. Otherwise, Deep Blue Sea Holistic reserves the right to change the appointment time. (The intake form will be provided with the confirmation of your appointment.)
