Liver and Emotion💚

Welcome back to our at-home detox series! Today, we’re on an exciting journey to explore liver and bile duct drainage solutions. Keeping these parts of your body clear of toxins is essential for vibrant health.

Before we jump into the biochemical ways to support liver drainage, here’s a fascinating fact: each organ has specific emotions attached to it! When negative emotions pile up, they can affect the corresponding organs, leading to all sorts of symptoms. This is especially true for the liver and its bile duct (gallbladder). No matter how diligently you try to support your liver with supplements and diet, holding onto negative emotions can keep you stuck in a toxic cycle.

Here are some of the examples when it comes to negative emotions tied to the liver and gallbladder:

  • Anger
  • Rage
  • Resentment
  • Frustration
  • Distress
  • Irritability
  • Victimhood
  • Blaming
  • Self-pity
  • Unforgiving

Take a look at this list and see if any of these emotions strike a chord with you. If you’re into self-testing, go for it. If not, simply close your eyes and think about what’s been bothering you lately. Read the list out loud and see if any of these emotions resonate with you and/or make your body react – whether it’s chills, shivers, heat, or a racing heart. If so, you’re probably carrying some of these negative emotions around.

Once you’ve pinpointed the emotions linked to your liver and gallbladder, it’s time to kick them to the curb! If you already have tools to release it, great! If not, techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), MFT (Mental Field Therapy), TFT (Thought Field Therapy), or my course on Emotional Release can help. My course includes a detailed guide on finding and releasing trapped emotions.
